Getting Started
No need for lighter fluids, crazy aprons or large chiefs hats, as long as the barbecue is
relatively clean & dry, you're set to go.
Lighting Instructions:
Loosely crumple 2 to 3 sheets of newspaper,
Lightly cover sheets with charcoal & light
Add more charcoal after a few minutes when charcoal begins to heat up
Once the charcoal appears light grey, you ready to cook
TOP TIP
Placing fresh herbs such as oregano, rosemary & thyme on the BBQ before the other ingredients creates a great base aroma for the meat and vegetables.
